From a young age Joel developed a love for real estate by working alongside his dad building and remodeling. As a father of 4, he and his wife know how important the home is to their family, it’s where life’s best moments happen, and he’s committed to helping others as they make this important investment for themselves. Joel’s desire is to serve people with excellence in the areas of integrity, diligence, and timeliness. In addition to time with family and friends, Joel enjoys coaching and playing basketball and getting his hands dirty with carpentry projects. He has also been a licensed contractor in Sedgwick county for 5 years.
